Data Access Experience
This mixed‑methods UX research project explored how DHW staff access, share, and use data across daily operations. Through interviews, workflow mapping, and environmental analysis, the study uncovered systemic barriers and opportunities to streamline data access across the agency. The final report provided leadership with actionable insights to guide future data strategy and tool development.

Cinemark Refill Policy — User Research Capstone
This capstone project examined how Cinemark’s refill policy influences customer behavior, satisfaction, and perceived fairness. Using field observations, intercept interviews, and competitive analysis, the research identified friction points in the refill experience and uncovered opportunities to improve clarity, consistency, and customer trust.
